The Modern-Day Personal Trainer Course introduced by Vincent Pol University in Lublin provides a complex approach to one of the most popular career path today – a personal trainer. The 80-hours course combines a necessary theoretical knowledge and useful practical approach to diverse aspects of being a professional personal trainer. Moreover, participants will understand and practice the basic groups of mobility exercises used for preventing injuries, improving power, efficiency and range of movements, and keeping customers healthy. Thus, the graduate will be prepared for working with an individual client as well as with groups of people of various ages and levels of physical fitness.
